How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote by filling out our contact form on the website, calling/texting us directly, or messaging us through our social media pages.

Do you charge by the hour or per job?

We charge $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Larger or more complex jobs can be priced as flat-rate estimates after a quick consultation.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Houston, Texas, and serve surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, and Pasadena.


Do you offer same-day service?

When possible, yes. If we have availability, we’ll do our best to fit you in same-day. Otherwise, we’ll schedule you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, our minimum service fee is $100, which covers up to one hour of work. Most small jobs can be completed within this time.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.

Do I need to supply any materials?

We can bring basic tools and supplies. For specific fixtures, parts, or materials, we’ll either pick them up for you (with cost added to the invoice) or let you know what to have ready.

How do I pay?

We accept payment via cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, and other major payment platforms. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise discussed.

Can I schedule recurring maintenance?

Absolutely. We offer monthly or seasonal home checkups to keep your home in shape year-round. Ask us about ongoing maintenance packages.
