“How to Get the Most Out of One Handyman Visit”

If we’re already at your house, why not knock out a few extra things while we’re there? Here’s how to make the most of a single visit—and save yourself time and money down the road.

📝 1. MAKE A LIST

Before we show up, walk around the house and jot down anything you’ve been meaning to fix. That loose towel bar? The sticky door? The shelf you never installed? Add it to the list. We can likely knock out more than you think in one trip.

🧩 2. GROUP SIMILAR JOBS TOGETHER

Have a few drywall patches? A couple of electrical issues? Grouping similar tasks helps us bring the right tools and materials so we’re not running back and forth to the truck (or the hardware store).

⏱ 3. BE READY WHEN WE ARRIVE

Know what rooms we’ll be working in. Move small items, unlock gates, and clear access. This saves time and lets us get straight to work.

📷 4. SEND PHOTOS AHEAD OF TIME (IF YOU CAN)

If you’re not sure we can handle a specific task or want a ballpark quote, photos help. A quick text with pics can make the visit smoother and more efficient.

💬 5. ASK FOR A MAINTENANCE WALKTHROUGH

Once we’re done, ask if we see anything else that might need attention. We’re happy to point out small problems that could turn into bigger ones later—especially stuff behind doors or in places you rarely look.

🛠 TIMMY’S APPROACH

We treat your time like it matters—because it does. One visit, multiple fixes, no nonsense. You call, we show up, we get it done.
